MPA has a strong project resume reflecting all aspects of planning and design of the urban environment, central business district studies, streetscape design and redevelopment, and historic preservation. Such services often include analysis and evaluation studies, public liaison, preparation of design guidelines and zoning regulations, and design and construction phase services for parks, plazas, parking and street improvements, and other urban scale projects.
